Adding your resume info

Import your resume or add your info individually

Add your resume automatically using our import tool, or use the + button on the My Info page to add your work, education, and achievement history.

Adding your information

If using the resume importer
  1. Click on My Info in the top bar or side menu, or click here.
  2. Click on the Import Resume button at the top of the page.
  3. Select the file from your computer.
  4. Verify the information imported from your resume is correct in cards added to Work, Education, or Achievements.
If adding your information manually
  1. Click on My Info in the top bar or side menu, or click here.
  2. Click on the + button at the top of the page (bottom of the page if on mobile).
  3. Use the tabs at the top of the popup to choose which type of information to add (Work & Volunteering, Education, or Achievements & Activities).
  4. Fill out pertinent fields.
    • Required fields are marked below the input.
  5. Click Add at the bottom of the popup.
  6. A new popup will appear, which you can use to add Accomplishments (statements about what you accomplished or duties you performed in that particular position).
  7. You can add multiple Accomplishments at once by separating each onto their own line.
  8. Click Save & Close to close the popup, or click Save & Add More to add more Accomplishments.

Editing your information

  1. Click on My Info in the top bar or side menu, or click here.
  2. Click on the card that includes the information you want to edit.
  3. Edit the information in the fields provided.
  4. Click Save.
  5. To edit an Accomplishment, click on the Accomplishment you want to update.
  6. Edit the Accomplishment in the popup, and click Save.
  7. You can also re-order your Accomplishments by dragging them within a card.

Deleting your information

  1. Click on My Info in the top bar or side menu, or click here.
  2. Click on the card that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Delete Permanently.
  5. To delete just an Accomplishment, click on the Accomplishment you want to delete.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Click Delete Permanently.
