Changing your billing frequency

Switch billing cycles with a quick email

Changing your billing frequency is easy, but we need to do it on our end to make sure you get any applicable pro-rated discounts.

  1. Make sure you're logged in to your Savviest account.
    • If you're not logged in, click Log In in the header of this page.
  2. Click on Contact in the header of this page, or go here.
  3. Make sure your name and email are correct in the support request form.
  4. Include in your request which billing cycle you'd like to change to.
  5. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with any applicable pro-rated discounts, and update your billing cycle accordingly.
