How does Savviest's pricing work?
You can use the Free plan forever. If you want access to unlimited documents, downloads, and more you can upgrade to one of the paid plans.
When you upgrade you can decide to pay monthly or quarterly. Both options give you access to the same features — use the discounted quarterly plans to save money.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Savviest paid plans with any major credit card.
If you're an institutional buyer in education or a not-for-profit, we offer bank transfers via invoice billing.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time by disabling auto-renew in your account.
You will still have access to all your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, at which time your account will downgrade back to the Free plan.
What happens to my resumes and cover letters when I downgrade?
You keep them all! We never limit access to resumes and cover letters you've already built. You can still edit, download, and share them whenever you'd like.
However, if you're over the free limit you won't be able to build any new resumes or cover letters until you re-upgrade or remove some from your account.
Does Savviest offer any discounts?
Individual subscribers can save up to 25% on the cost of their plan by choosing the quarterly billing option.
Savviest offers discounted rates to schools and universities who buy in bulk for their students. Learn more here.
We also offer discounts for registered not-for-profit organizations. Get in touch with us here to learn more.
I lost my job due to COVID-19, do you offer discounts or free plans?
Absolutely. Get in touch with us here and we'll be happy to find a solution that works for you.
Let's get you back on your feet.
Where can I find my billing information and payment history?
You can view and update your billing information in your Profile, where you will also find a list of all paid invoices.
Can I switch from monthly to quarterly billing, or from quarterly to monthly billing?
Yes you can! To make sure you get any applicable pro-ration on your future payments, contact us here and we'll be happy to help you change your billing frequency.
What is your refund policy?
Savviest does not offer refunds. You can cancel your plan at any time by turning off auto-renew.
Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again unless you re-upgrade to a paid plan in the future.
